My Eat It and Recipes sections are sorrowly lacking. So to remedy that I am doing a recipe a day. These are the recipes that I am making for dinner that evening (which also becomes lunch the following day.) Most are healthy. All are vegetarian. If you follow this and listen to your body, incorporating whole unprocessed foods into the majority of your diet then you are dieting as I do. (Note that this is a lifestyle. Not a fad as media has twisted the use of the word diet.)
