You know thanksgiving is serious when armed, uniformed police officers are directing traffic.  Outside the grocery store. On a Monday.  Four days before thanksgiving.

You know a birthday party is serious when the cake is decorated up until 1am the night before the party.

And you know an article is serious when all the catchy stuff happens at the beginning.  After all, why would you read it otherwise?

So this week; just like this article, went off without a hitch.

I’m thankful to those of you reading.  And thankful for those of you not.

How else would there be room for improvement?

And improvement is a good thing because the only thing constant in life is change.  By making improvements, that change is positive.  And who doesn’t want more good in the world?

Be the change you want to see.

Like a friendly smile to the officer directing grocery traffic, or rocking the buttercream icing on the cake.  And eventually you will get to eat the cake.  Even if it is literal and not figurative.
