IMG_1999Stick to the outer edge of the grocery store.  The inner aisles are loaded with all the food that is processed  and typically the calorie-dense and nutritionally-lacking foods.

You will also find all the whole foods are located in the outer aisles.  The more whole foods you consume the higher your diet is in nutritionally dense foods which are more filling.  So you actually end up saving yourself from eating excess calories.  Seriously have you ever heard of someone getting fat from eating too many fruits and vegetables?

Try it out next time you go, challenge yourself not to go into the middle.  Unless of course you need toilet paper…
