Go outside and breath.  Look at the trees and the birds.  Hear the wind rush through the leaves. We are part of a living environment, and reconnecting with that helps us to feel connected to the world.  Feeling connected to something combats depression and gives people a sense of wellbeing.

So go outside and enjoy.  Give yourself a mental break from whatever is going on inside your head and notice what is around you.  Give yourself a physical break and walk around while you’re at it. Just breathe.
