Organization.  It really does work.  So pack your gym bag up and put it right beside the front door (or back door) or better yet, in your car.

Ready to go.

Then when you have a free moment grab it and GO!  It’s like the parachute you grab just before jumping out of a plane…because the jump won’t be successful without it.

Really, its the little things that make life simpler.  And health easier.  And happiness achievable.
