The best way to fit exercise into your life is to build it in alongside YOUR life.  So ask yourself – what do you do everyday and where can you add movement?  Exercise doesn’t have to be strenuous gym classes or twisting pretzels in yoga.  It can be as easy as brushing your teeth.

huh?

You brush your teeth.

For 2 minutes.

Twice a day.

While you stand and likely stare blankly in the mirror.

Do squats instead.  You can get in 60 nicely timed squats during that time.  And feel the burn while you brush.  Your butt will thank you!
