Accountability.  It goes a long way if you are accountable to someone other than yourself.  Partner up in crime and get a workout buddy (or walk buddy, or yoga buddy).  Commit to a schedule and support each other in showing up and working hard.

Especially on days when you’d rather not go, or are tired, or it’s raining, sometimes another person is all you need to get you there.  Once you are there and going at it you are likely to enjoy it and feel better.  Your body will thank you!

P.S. Beer leagues or latte-while-we-walk girlfriends don’t count!
