Simply Living Healthy – 40 tips in 40 days

Today’s tip is about another part of what it is to be healthy.  Your belief system.  Maybe you believe in a god, or gods.  Or maybe you believe in science, or both.  It is an important part of who we are as people.

So participate in your belief and celebrate it’s greatness.  This also helps us to feel connected and find joy.  There are so many belief systems that I won’t even try to get into how to “do” yours.  Just do.  And be happy.
